I’ve used cleantalk for over 2 years on my website and its been works really well – it almost never let the spam registrations go through until today.

somehow the spammers figured out a way around cleantalk’s algorithm. I’ve got 12 spam registrations already that went through today. that never happened before.

Is there something that can be done?

just deleted 8 more spam registrations – its as if cleantalk is not installed – but it says its active.

Hello @afshinmoshrefi,

We would like to check their requests. Please, mark records in your Anti-Spam Log if our service made the wrong decision: Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] → choose your website in the drop-down menu → there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record → mark records using these buttons.
