    I checked my ads manager account and I was getting this error A catalogue match rate below 90% limits the items available for ads targeting mine is 0% it was 100% till 13th Feb Only items with matches can be used for Meta Advantage+ catalogue ads. Increase it by resolving issues. I checked everything, reinstalled pixel and changed my plugins but the catalogue match rate is still 0%.

    I even tried all the steps which meta provided but no result moreover all of the events are firing correctly and the content ids both on website and triggered by meta are same but on website there is wpc Id prefix before the number

    Can you share your site’s System Status report so that we can look into the issue further?

    Also, how did you connect to the page – did you start the connection process from the WordPress admin or from your Meta Business Suite?

    Hi, I have similar problem.

    I instal FCB4WOO plugin. Connect FCB page from WOO – > FCB, created a catalog on particular page. This was a 16 month ago – nowadays I wanted to start my FCB ads and I find out that catalouge matching rate is 0%. So I started solving issue.

    1. Checked pixel – pixel helper said everithing OK
    2. Event manager test – browser site – seems OK

    So I deleted catalouge, deactivated and uninstal this plugin Facebook for Woocommerce

    Then I reinstal plugin – started created connection from WOO > FCB connected right site / create catalouge.

    Pixel seems OK / catalog ID seems OK / catalouge events seems OK / Events manager test is OK

    But catalouge has still 0% natching rate (about 12 hrs after reinstaling)
