Hi there,

I am experiencing an issue with a PayPal payment form. It used to work fine – but suddenly the error ‘expected an order ID to be passed’ is being thrown. I have successfully reconnected the API keys – but the error persists.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions regarding this issue. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or know how to resolve it?

I hope you are doing well today.

We only had 2 issues reported like that in the past. One of them was not resolved and the second one was a calculation issue. I see your form also uses the calculation field. Please export your form, upload it to Google Drive, and share a link in your next reply. This will allow us to review that form on our side. Make sure that this file will be public available.

It used to work fine – I haven’t changed a thing. Maybe some update?

Hi @bettinaherzog

I made multiple tests with your form on my lab site and I was not able to replicate this issue. Form and payment work fine. Instead of reconnection of API keys, can you remove the PayPal field and re-add it again and see if this helps?
