The user’s profile is not displayed

    Hello! The Ultimate Member 2.9.2 plugin is installed on your site. We use the user roles “Subscriber”, “Administrator” and “Author”. The user’s profile with the “Subscriber” role is displayed well, but other roles, namely their user roles, are not displayed. We’ve already disabled plugins and changed themes, but it didn’t help. Please help me figure it out!
