    I want to buy your version pro and I’m testing your free plugin. I’m using videopress to host my videos. But I have problems with the video option in your course builder, I tried to use different ways to add my video (from videopress) (HTML5, shortcode) and it didn’t work, but if I add the elementor video widget for example in contact page, it is working fine. I want to solve this problem to buy your version pro.

    Thank you for trying out our free plugin! We appreciate your interest in upgrading to the Pro version.

    Regarding your issue with adding VideoPress videos in the course builder, you can embed the video using the embed code. This should allow your videos to display correctly within the course builder.

    Hello, thank you very much for the response. I cannot use the embedded option because the videos are protected so that they can only be viewed in the academy and the only options I can use are Shortcode or HTML5, because the videos are linked in the academy.

    Thank you for your response.

    I have visited your website and noticed that you have embedded a video on the contact page. You can use the same embed code in the course builder as well.

    For VideoPress, you can use External URL, Embedded, and Shortcode options.
