WooCommerce decided to release an update, and now nothing works. Emails aren’t being sent, even though everything is set up as usual. I’ve tried fixing it with AI assistance, but without success. Even WS Forms suddenly stopped working, even though everything was fine before. Hope you working on this

The latest version of WooCommerce is 9.6.1, have you updated to the latest version? Are you still seeing the issues? If yes; to assist you better, could you provide a bit more information?
- Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us? You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Paste the result here in your reply. Please remove any sensitive information from the System Status Report.
- Could you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for any fatal errors? If yes; can you please share them with us?
- Also, have you tried disabling other plugins to check for potential conflicts?

WordPress can send emails without a configured email address. When an order is placed, WooCommerce relies on WordPress to handle the email-sending process. WordPress, in turn, uses the server’s core functions, specifically PHP’s
mail()function, to send emails in the correct format.However, some hosting providers disable the
mail()function to prevent potential spam issues. When this happens, emails may not be delivered correctly. That’s why we recommend using a dedicated SMTP provider to ensure reliable email delivery.Since this wasn’t a WooCommerce issue, would you mind updating your review to reflect the resolution? I have same issues. when I updated woo and my php version I got this issues.
and I also added plugin recomended WP Mail Logging Plugin but still when we created reservation, my invoices and mails not sending to anyone.

As the first step, I’d recommend you try using a dedicated SMTP provider to ensure reliable email delivery.
I’d be happy to further assist you with this, however, I’ll have to ask you to create a new support topic. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue may be different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Also, replying to unresolved threads is not recommended as per the Forum FAQ, and it’s possible that your reply will get archived and we won’t be able to provide you with more information.
