Can't access admin to set up

Hi,

This is my 4th WP site that I’ve set up myself and I’ve never had a problem. I downloaded a fresh copy of WP, and did a 1-click install with Dreamhost. According to my ftp files, everything is there and ready to go, except whenever I click on:

http://www.leapacademy.com/wp-admin/install.php

it just keeps redirecting me to http://www.leapacademy.com and won’t let me set up the admin. Can someone help?
