Menu location

   Yes, the plugin creates menu locations based on its options (Appearance → Menus → Classic Menu in Navigation Block).
2. “Is-it work with Create Block Theme : update theme?”
   I’m sorry, I’m not sure what you mean here. Can you describe this question in more details? Maybe provide a screenshot?

You probably mean https://wordpress.org/plugins/create-block-theme/ plugin?

I don’t know, I’ve never tested the plugin with Create Block Theme plugin. Please go ahead and test it yourself.

The Classic Menu in Navigation Block plugin modifies the native Navigation block only by adding custom attributes. I think they should be kept intact with Create Block Theme plugin, but you need to test it, I can’t really answer this.
