email submissions

Hello, good time
I have a contact form and the customer can email me any questions or requests. These emails are collected in Menu < Elementor < submissions. When sending an email, a sign (like a picture) appears next to the word submissions along with the number of emails, and this way I know that the email has been sent and I went to check it. But this sign has not come for some time and I have missed many emails. What do I need to do to show this email alert?
