Deleted Page Keeps Re-appearing

    On initial installation I added an extra page. Then I deleted it.
    Now whenever I try to create a sub domain the extra page keeps re-appearing. I have looked via ftp but I cannot see a file for pages anywhere. Any ideas how I can resolve this?
    I would really appreciate it…I’m pulling my hair out!!

    The page files are virtual – you’ll never find them via ftp. 😉

    Go look under Super Admin -> Settings. some page defaults are there. It creates a hello world post and an about page by default.

    Did you install the new blog defaults plugin perhaps?

    Hi & thanks for that. I looked and the first hello world post was there but the First Page box was empty.
    I don’t know about the new blog defaults plugin..is this something I should do? If so, is it in the plugins page?

    you only need the new blog defaults if you want extra pages.

    The about page *has to* be created by default. you can rename it or change it, but a page *has* to be created with each now blog.
