Hi @casacarlini
Thanks for reaching out and sharing a URL. When you said “the product images are appearing in a single column, and clicking on them does not open a modal as it should,” did you mean that when you click the product image it shows something like this: https://snipboard.io/Ti8cp2.jpg?
From a first glance, it looks like a theme issue. Themes can change how product images are displayed so the first thing I would advise is to check, your theme’s documentation to see if there’s a specific setting for how product images should behave?
Next, check for pending updates for WooCommerce or WordPress core, as outdated versions can sometimes cause unexpected issues. (please backup your site before pushing updates)
If these suggestions don’t fix the issue could you share:
- What you expected to see upon clicking the product image?
- When did you first notice this problem?
- Has it been occurring since the beginning, or did it start recently?
Looking forward to your response.
I believe our developer was able to fix the issue.
The remaining issue is that clicking on the sub-images below the main one doesn’t open them in a lightbox as expected. How can we resolve this?
Hi there!
I have checked the issue on your site and can see that all images below the main image are opening in the lightbox correctly. To assist you better, could you please provide more information about the exact issue you are facing?
By default, clicking on gallery images of a product does not open them in a lightbox. Instead, when you click on an image below the product’s main image, it simply replaces the main image.
It seems like you are using a third-party plugin to display your product images in a lightbox. If that is the case, I recommend contacting the plugin’s support team for further assistance. Please note that we only provide support for WooCommerce core features.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
