Stripe Payment not process

    Hi, I’m using the Forminator plugin and have created a simple payment processing form. I’ve integrated Stripe as the payment gateway and am currently testing in test mode. However, when I click the “Pay” button, nothing happens. The payment process isn’t initiating. Can you please help me troubleshoot this issue? https://qasolutionsbpo.org/demo1/RXRHAMP/

    Hi @uk12,

    Seems like the form is added inside a popup? I’m not able to make a submission as the “Country” field isn’t showing up in the popup.

    To have a better idea could you please check and see whether you get the same issue if the form is added to a page instead of a popup? If you could also share the page URL where you run the above test it would be helpful too.

    If the issue is still the same then possible to also share the form export?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.
