For testing purposes, could you please create a staging site, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and activate a default WordPress theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five? Then, place a test order to see if you still encounter the same issue.

To clarify, you can place test orders on your staging site by using an offline payment system Bank Transfer, or Cash on delivery.
