    Hello,

    Our website runs on multiple currencies however the Plugin only tracks for USD, GBP, EUR and CAD. It doesn’t track for Naira which is our main currency and hosts the bulk of our Customers.

    We will appreciate some help on this.

    I understand that you’re having some issues with not being able to track the Naira currency. Let’s get this sorted out.

    The Pixel Manager for WooCommerce uses WooCommerce’s internal currency filter to retrieve currencies. This means it should support all currencies that WooCommerce supports, including Naira. If WooCommerce does not support Naira, the PMW would also be unable to support it. However, we believe that WooCommerce does support Naira.

    In some cases, certain plugins can override WooCommerce’s currency filter, which might explain the issue you’re experiencing. To investigate further, we would need more details on why you believe the PMW is not supporting Naira while other currencies are functioning correctly.

    Once we have a clearer understanding, we can better determine the source of the problem and provide a resolution.
