Problem with Auto Responder going to junk mail!

Hey guys I wonder if any of you guys know if there is a solution to my problem. I currenlty use info@presencepro.se and it works just fine when people are contacting me through the contact form.

But when my auto responder to them is going to be sent after they have sent something to me trough contact form 7 it goes to straight to the junk mail sometimes, and sometimes it works?

I have set up an spf and a custom dkim and also wp smtp and everything else is fine!

Would be amazing if anyone can help me with this problem
