    Hello!
    I have the free version.

I have a specific issue that happens on a few devices, a minority.

    The videos freeze.

When trying to start watching a class in the HTML5 video player, everything freezes. I can’t switch screens, refresh the browser, nothing.

This happens in all browsers on those devices.

    Can you help me?

  • Hello @detres,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

To help me investigate this issue further, could you please provide the following details?

    • The types of devices where this issue occurs (e.g., brand, model, operating system, and version).
    • The browsers you’ve tested on these devices (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and their respective versions.
    • The specific page link or URL where you’re encountering this issue with the HTML5 video player.

Once I have this information, I will be able to troubleshoot the problem more effectively.

I apologize for opening this post, but I’ve already resolved the issue.
The problem was with the HostGator server in Brazil.

When accessing the video URL outside of Tutor LMS, it caused freezing on some devices.
I reached out to HostGator support, and they informed me that I couldn’t store videos on my hosting plan. They advised me to use YouTube and set the videos as “unlisted.”

I found this solution excellent because, with Tutor LMS, it became very secure, and the video source cannot be accessed.

Thank you very much for your attention, everything is resolved!
