My website has a virus and I don’t know how to remove it

Hello, my website has a virus, and I concluded this from many random logs that were generated in “Cloudpanel” and thousands of pages that were created, a fact that I verified through “Google Search Console”.

I have already installed two antiviruses, but when scanning with them, no malware is found. I deleted two copies of files that were modified, called “index.php” and “video.php”, but it didn’t solve the problem.

How can I identify this virus and remove it? I need help.
