I’m a bit concerned that Spam bot is too tough. I was not logged in to my website but used the search function to find a blog post. I was stopped because I received a message to say my browser (chrome) was acting like a bot. Now I’m concerned that other users may also get this message?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @dubsy,

Most likely, your site uses a caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect filtering.
    Please do the following:
    1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” —> Save Changes.
    2) Set the cache refresh time to no more than 24 hours and clear the cache.

    Does it help?

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. I followed your instructions. I gave it two attempts and in two different chrome accounts still received:

*** Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***

*** Forbidden. You submitted too quickly. You may try again in a few seconds. Browser seems to be spambot. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***

    Cheers,
    Tina
