Hello @dubsy,
Most likely, your site uses a caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect filtering.
Please do the following:
1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” —> Save Changes.
2) Set the cache refresh time to no more than 24 hours and clear the cache.
Does it help?

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I followed your instructions. I gave it two attempts and in two different chrome accounts still received:
*** Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***
*** Forbidden. You submitted too quickly. You may try again in a few seconds. Browser seems to be spambot. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***
Cheers,
Tina
Thank you, Tina.
Please temporarily disable the protection of the search form: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → disable “Test default WordPress search form for spam” → Save Changes.
