Encoding content after import

    Dear OCD Support Team,

    I am encountering an issue with the One Click Demo Import plugin where some of my content gets modified during the import process.

    For instance, the original content on my site is:
    1. What’s Our Customer Say
    2. Find the perfect place to Live

    However, after the import, the content appears as:
    1. Whatu2019s Our Customer Say //encoding ‘ (quote) to u2019
    2. Find the perfect place to nLive     //encoding Line break to n

    Hi there @habibjh,

    Thanks for reaching out! When you can, check your XML file in a text editor. Look for any encoding issues in the text that appears in the XML file. This way, we can see if the problem happens before or after it gets imported.

    Also, check the encoding type listed in your XML file. If it’s incorrect, it may cause encoding issues.
