Bottom left menu bar not showing Elementor

I installed Elemntor Free 3.26.3 last Friday, 2 days ago.

I am a beginner with Elementor and I am therefore watching tutorials to better understand and master Elemntor.

In all the videos I have watched, all the presentations and manipulations of Elementor are based on the lower left menu bar in the column of the different elements I am having a problem that is particularly annoying me. Indeed, the lower left bar in the left column is not displayed.

I have carried out various tests :

1) I have disabled all the plugins but the problem remains.

2) I have also tried changing the theme. So I switched to the Twentytwenty five theme instead of Astra-child. But the problem remains. I am attaching a screenshot of the editing page of an Elementor page. What can I do to fix this?
