Elemento ai, impossible to use

Guys I have a big problem:

I purchased elementor ai, but there is no way to activate it. From the account it appears active, but from the Elementor plugin, from the settings, experiments, it is not possible to activate it as the option does not exist. There really aren’t that many options. We don’t have any other plugins active, we have deactivated the license and reactivated it a thousand times, but nothing changes.

How can I solve?
