wp site stop working after some time

    my website (both admin and public view) always loads and works for sometime then it stops loading. i need to update my site daily. when i log into admin panel it works okay for few minutes then it stops responding and says connection lost. this has been an issue for long time.

    i checked other websites but they work fine. To make my site work again either i have to restart my PC or wait for few minutes and then it works again.

    but it continues to work like this whole time. when it becomes offline i can’t view that site from any of my office network.

    i guess some kind of firewall or proxy is blocking it, can anyone tell me the suggestions for it.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the memory available to PHP?

    i recently upgraded from 3.02 to 3.03 from ftp. i had tried deactivating all plugins before but no success there also. i m thinking of switching to default theme and The Description is used to identify the phrase in the PhraseExpress popup menu. By default, PhraseExpress uses the beginning of the phrase for the description. that too. thanks for suggestions, will tell the output results later
