    Hello,

    Some months ago woopayments stopped working asking for a renewal of identification but it didn’t accept my identification card as it did before. I have now issued a new identification card which it accepted and seems to be able to continue working. The problem is that while ot stopped working I got an eshop order (on the end of February) which seemed payed in the order page so I went ahead and sent it – but then the payout is marked as failed and it never went through to a deposit to my bank. I have screenshots if they would help.

    Can anyone please tell me what needs to be done to release this payment as it seems to have been credited on the customer but never attributed to me?
