Very slow while loading the ChatBox if the number of users is over 10000

    Dear Support,

    The speed is very slow while loading the ChatBox if the number of users of my website is over 10000. The loading speed for users of other plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/front-end-pm/ is very fast because frond-end-pm does not load all users in one time.

    1. Is it possible to show Online Users only while browsing content of the ChatBox for speed-up and show all users after user has clicked another button “Contact List” ?
    2. After user has clicked button “Contact List” , the system will display “Please wait … and it may be taking time for loading if the users are too many” while loading.

    I want to buy your Pro version but the loading speed for showing the ChatBox is too slow which cannot be accepted by my users now.

    Will you consider my above idea for fixing my mentioned problem ?

    Hello @cloudchan

    Yes, this is a field for improvement in our chat plugin, however, you may try limiting the number of users available on the list. There is an option in Appearance settings to output only certain user roles.

    Yes, you may list online users only by disabling Enable Offline Users in the chat’s appearance settings.

    I hope theses two suggestions will be enough for now. We will be improving this.
