    I have been using the Marketing Coupons in Woocommerce for years without a problem. The coupons are always set for single use and are emailed to the customer entitled to the code. In the past month there have been two instances where a completely unrelated customer has used the coupon code without the original customer’s knowledge. As far as I can tell the coupon code is being added automatically to the wrong customer’s order, i.e. without the wrong customer having to do anything.

    Is there a solution to this issue?

    I understand that you’ve been using the Marketing Coupons in WooCommerce for a long time without any issues, but recently, unrelated customers have been able to use the coupon codes intended for specific individuals. This is a frustrating experience!

    To help us get to the bottom of this, could you please provide a few additional details? If possible, share relevant screenshots of the issue, the System Status report (found in WooCommerce > Status > System Status), and any error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
