FYI, my hosting provider is flagging this file as malicious: wp-content/plugins/modula-best-grid-gallery/assets/js/admin/notification-system/notification-system.js

Unfortunately they won’t provide any insights or details as to why. Knowing what I know about security scanners it’s possible this is a false positive, but I thought it best to share with the creators in case this needs more eyes. Thanks!

    Hey,

thanks for reporting this. There’s no malware going on in any of our plugins’ files…

    Which scanner is reporting this?

Yeah I don’t believe there is either. This is the built-in scanner in Namecheap’s EasyWP. They give you scary alerts and then ask you to pay a considerable amount of money to “fix” them. I’m sure it does catch some good stuff, but I’m skeptical on this especially since they won’t provide any details on the problem or why they flag it. The file doesn’t appear to be changed or replaced. so ……. This is mostly here for awareness and just in case there is an issue. Thanks!
