    Hi,

It’s a strange issue because the message “You do not have permission to post a comment” does not originate from our plugin.

Please confirm if you selected the pages correctly. For example, you could select the contact page, and the plugin should only block that specific page. Which page would you like to block?

    Possible causes include:

    1. Low memory.
    2. Conflicts with other plugins.
    3. Browsing with an outdated browser or one not authorized to store cookies.
    4. Conflict with another plugin, especially anti-spam or anti-hacker plugins.

I suggest installing our free plugin, WPTools, and checking the error page for issues found, especially a few hours after installation. This can be done even with the Recaptcha plugin deactivated.

Thank you for the speedy reply.

i posted here only after testing all options like disable other plugins, test on local staging wordpress etc.

this error message or block stops as soon as i disable Turnstile reCAPTCHA.

i enabled it all pages and disabled to Registration and comment pages on whole site.

it is not only for my above website but all other websites. which runs with latest WordPress and php 8.2

please check on these websites too [ many redundant links removed ] i disabled and comments are not blocked. all of these are on same webhost.

    Thank you for checking.

karkala.org has same plugin as [ redundant link removed ]

karkala.org/konkani is directory type subdomain/multisite and reCAPTCHA works here for comments but not on karkala.org

if I disable Plugin on karkala.org its not giving error or Blocking comments.

in design part, no matter what you do to change colours for background/foreground/text will be revert back to black only. nor it shows what colours it changed earlier.

in default instead keeping all 4 options black why not to keep BLACK for text and light black ground?

as it fail to save colours changed.

    Hi,

It works well on our server. Visit https://RecaptchaForAll.com. Please try installing our free plugin wpTools and check your site for errors and conflicts. Then, please let us know.
I found javacript errors on your console:
konkani/:327 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
JavaScript errors are serious because they can disrupt the functionality and user experience of a website. These errors can prevent features like forms, interactive elements, or dynamic content from working correctly. In some cases, JavaScript errors can also slow down your site, or cause compatibility issues with different browsers or devices.

    You are welcome.
I just tried and works fine on my computer. Keep cookies and javascript enabled. When you visit for the second time, you don’t see the box
Try this another site, we use google recaptcha instead:
    https://siterightaway.net/Contact/

As i said above, you really need to fix javascript erros.
Javascript errors usually crash site navigation and usability and you need keep an eye on about them because JavaScript errors can terminate JavaScript execution, leaving all subsequent commands inoperable.

This warning above occurred because the error_log was not found. I will ensure to avoid this message in the future

JavaScript errors can sometimes be difficult to capture and may require some time before they are successfully captured.

I can see this javascript error on your site console:
    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘function’

Run a search on Google to find out how to find JavaScript errors using the console.

You said above: “All bowsers disabled 3rd party cookies and rest all default settings.”
To ensure the proper functioning of the reCAPTCHA delivered via Cloudflare, users should enable third-party cookies in their browser settings.

All my Websites on one webhost with same PHP/DB/WP versions.
I have your Cloudflare reCAPTCHA on all websites
I use Chrome for all websites to visit, thats the default browser with 3rd party cookies disabled.
When new plugin installed i enable dubug function and check if there is any error or conflict with other plugin. so not errors right now.
Your plugin works on my other websites but its not working on rudolphd.com and partially works on karkala.org

If cookies setting in browser is reason then why its working on other websites with same browser.
How its partially working in karkala.org but not in karkala.org/konkani ?

In design part on all websites even after changing colour, in settings it shows BLACK only.

I a trying to fix your issues, just because its working on your website, it will not work on others

Analytics/Logs/Graphs multi picture page for verification you can setup in PRO version.

You can make barebone small fast loading plugin with one page configuration
    Add Turnstile keys/verify
Message box (Are you Human? with default light/white/blue background and Black text)
and Log to show count how many blocked/Passed.

People want simple plugin, All are not Pro and not going for multi page configuration. and more will install this plugin than current one.

Your site https://karkala.org/konkani/ has JavaScript errors, and you need to fix them ASAP.
konkani/:327 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    Thanks for the suggestions.

    Merry Christmas to you too.

enabled debug and there is no Error.
You still not answered why it works in half and other half not on same environment, Even i switched theme to check, still same problem.

There is a noninteractive/Invisible mode in Cloudflare, then there is no option to disable your I AGREE/YES button

unless you fix these basic functions like
    change of button/background colours
Added IP in whitelist but its not showing, even in website Turnstile working correctly.

Unless you fix basic functions errors users start to uninstall your plugin or not install at all

    FYI

with PHP 8.3 and latest WP, i get these errors when i checked with debug mode.

[26-Dec-2024 08:25:18 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property recaptchaforall_BillDiagnose\recaptcha_for_all_Bill_Diagnose::$global_plugin_slug is deprecated in wp-content\plugins\recaptcha-for-all\includes\diagnose\class_bill_diagnose.php on line 514

    Hi,

Your site has critical JavaScript errors that prevent our plugins from functioning correctly. For example, in the attached screenshot of your site, the error “jQuery is not defined” is shown.

jQuery is a fundamental JavaScript library included with WordPress and activated by our plugin, Recaptcha for All. However, another plugin or theme on your site has removed it.

To view this error, visit our guide on how to check for JavaScript errors in the browser console.

In summary, until this issue is resolved, none of our plugins will function properly on your site.

    Happy new year!

    Please, look our previous post.

You wrote: with PHP 8.3 and latest WP, i get these errors when i checked with debug mode.

This is a warning (deprecated notice), not an error. A “deprecated” warning means that the feature or practice in question (in this case, dynamically creating properties) will be removed in future versions of PHP, but the code will still work in PHP 8.3.

    Regards,

    Bill
