You will have to enable caching in settings.
I mis WP_CONTENT/advanced-cache.php
advanced-cache.php is copied when cache is activated in the settings.
advanced-cache.php was not copied, I did a manual copy from the advanced-cache.php.txt file and renamed. Cache works now.
WP_CACHE must be set too.
Please download new version from http://wpmegacache.com
It is beta and not yet published on WP.
Please remove old version and install new to make sure all install steps are run.

No, this is not related to page caching.
But inline script is gzip compressed with the html.
Can I combine Mega Cache with atec Cache Info and atec Cache APCu in regard to enabling the different caching systems? example: both Redis or not?
And the Mega Cacho pro license is not the same as the Atec license?
you can use atec Cache Info any time.
from atec Cache APCu you can use object cache.
for page caching choose either one, cache-apcu page cache OR mega cache.
these are two different licenses but there is a reduced multi license available.
