I have two problems that are shown in the site health and they are as follows:

1- Autoloaded options are configuration settings for plugins and themes that load automatically with every page load in WordPress. Having too many autoload options can slow down your site. Your site has 924 autoloaded options (size: 831 KB) in the options table, which could make your site slow. You can review the options that are automatically loaded into your database and remove any that your site no longer needs.

2 – Unable to detect page caching due to a possible request loopback issue. Please verify that the loopback request test is correct. Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (Code: http_request_failed)

Both problems appeared after installing the plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

for 1 , it’s known issue , our plugin has about 100-ish options row , but they are very small , should not effect the database speed

for 2, your webserver seems blocking that checking request, and also you are running Apache, so in that case the page cache won’t work , it requires LiteSpeed webserver or QUIC cloud CDN

you could ask your hosting provider to consider the installation of LiteSpeed WebServer, or looking for a hosting provider that support LiteSpeed already
