Doesn’t work
-
When you add a simple product to another product, then the main point of such plugin simply doesn’t work. You can either have additional “bought together” products selected by default OR you cannot select and unselect them as you wish. Asking for help means you have to pay, unlucky. Bad plugin. Do not bother.

Hi @heggyy ,
I didn’t find any thread you started for this plugin here on this forum. So I assume that you have contacted through our Support Forum at https://wpc.ticksy.com/. However, that forum is for paid users, not for the free plugins technically and users can only report issues with the Premium version there or request customization for free with active licenses.
If you have made a customization request of a feature that is not available in our plugin, you must own an active license to do so on our Support Forum.
If you need help with a feature in the free version, kindly create a support thread here. We will try to help you as best as we can.
If you want to learn more about how to use our plugin, kindly refer to the doc site: https://doc.wpclever.net/woobt/
Best regards.
Hi,
the issue was that I could not (de)select additional items which I added with this product.
Video where I’m clicking to deselect the additional product.
It also changes the way the amount of the product looks, but with weird colors and what not. Don’t think I want it to change the main product price there at all.
Original (this is the way it should look)
After an additional item has been selected-

I also realised that even though additional items are selected by default, when I add the main product (with additional products selected) to the cart, it doesn’t add these additional items at all. Only the main product.
In your image, I saw this: https://prnt.sc/6LZhjp6dPnsx. Probably it is from another plugin, right? This is how it shows in our plugin: https://prnt.sc/zPDsDvCiOXQO
If you can’t deselect or add the Bought Together products to the cart, it might be an external conflict with something else on your site. Possibly a quantity or pricing controlling plugin.
You can test by trying to deactivate all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to check the functionality. If error only occurs after reactivating another plugin, then it’s conflicting with our plugin.
If this is caused by an external conflict, you will need to consider to keep only one of them so the other can work properly. We can’t help you solve in terms of external conflicts. That’s why we only offer Premium customization service for free for active licenses. Even if we can help you solve this for a while, the error might still occur in the future when there are new updates. That’s why the support is limited and must be revised after some time. Technologies always change and we must also change as well.
I hope that my explanation is reasonable enough. Hopefully, you can revise your review for our plugin to be more objective.
Best regards.
That thumbnail is just a product photo which is a setting in your plugin, I believe. Seems irrelevant to the deselection issue. I could potentially privately share access to the admin, so somebody can check what the issue is.
Hi @heggyy ,
According to the Forum Guidelines, we as developers of free plugins on this forum, are not allowed to do that. Either ask for or have the attention to do that or mention that on this forum might lead to warning or banning from this forum. We have gone into trouble before due to helping users with that. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with that.
This is the reason why our support for paid plugin must be conducted on a different forum and only accessible to active licenses.
If you would like to find out the source of conflict, you can kindly take the steps as I described above:
You can test by trying to deactivate all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to check the functionality. If error only occurs after reactivating another plugin, then it’s conflicting with our plugin.
Many users have been able to find out the culprit by doing this. During the process, users might run into some critical errors, so it’s better if you create a full backup of your site before doing that.
Best regards.
