    Hi!

    My Google Business has hundreds of 5 stars rating. But the widget only displays one. I’ve already tried to recreate plugin, I even deleted it then reinstalled it, but no success. What to do next?

    Is it possible that only the reviews written in the past 3 years are shown?

    Hi Peter,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    It’s possible that the issue is related to a setting within the plugin. Please check the Free Widget Configurator under the Set up Widget page. There, you’ll find an option called “Hide reviews without comment.” If this option is enabled, it hides reviews that don’t have any text comments.

    Additionally, please note that the free plugin only displays the last 10 reviews.

    Try unchecking this option and see if it resolves the issue.

    Hi!

    If I leave the ‘Hide reviews without comment’ setting on, does that mean that if I have only one review with a comment among the last 10 reviews, only that one review will be shown?

    Hi Peter,

    Yes, if you enable the “Hide reviews without comment” setting, only the review(s) with text will be displayed from the last 10 reviews. The rest, which do not contain a comment, will be hidden.

    If you’d like to display an unlimited number of your older text-based reviews as well, consider subscribing to our paid package. This way, you can showcase all relevant feedback from your customers.
