Data not saved

Hi, I created an opt-in page in which the users can select from a dropdown list their province and from another dropdown their city between the cities of the selected province.

The CF7 form has the following code:

The form on the front-end works perfectly, unfortunately the system doesn’t save (via the Contact Form CFDB7 plug-in) the inputs of the field “citta”.

Is that because of the “All field names should be unique” rule? If I guessed correctly I would like to know if by purchasing the PRO version the inputs of the field Citta will be available for being saved or e-mailed keeping the code as it is now.
