Spam Users Getting Approved Themselves!

I have been facing an issue for over a week now. I created a system with Ultimate Member that users have to wait for admin approval after registration. Only then, they can have access to the courses (made on Tutor LMS). I have been using Ultimate Member plugin with Tutor LMS for more than a year and it has never caused any issue but now, some spam emails sign up and get themselves approved and get themselves enrolled in the courses. I block the emails everyday but they keep coming back with more spam emails. I have checked all of the settings and also scanned my website with Wordfence but I found nothing. Why is this happening and how do I fix this? Please help!
