ManageWP Screenshot Blocked

    Hi there, I currently have 600+ websites hosted across 20 Siteground servers and use ManageWP like allot of agencies to manage them all in bulk. I have noticed today that allot of the screenshots generated in ManageWP are now showing Robot error screens like below. Are you able to Whitelist their IP’s as its a bit confusing when all website show this screen and not the usual thumbnails. They have a guide on their site with all the IP’s (you should just need to whitelist ManageWP Thumbnail Generator IPs) https://managewp.com/troubleshooting/general/managewp-ips-can-white-list

    Hello @gilesholder,

    We will gladly review the issue further unfortunately the topic is not related to the The All-In-One Protection Plugin. The captcha screen is a part of a security feature that we indeed use and is something we will gladly discuss, however, please post a technical support ticket via the user area of one of the websites that is affected.
