Thanks for the reply but I already know where to look. The issue is that I can’t see students other than admin. What you think could cause that.

Thank you for getting back to us and clarifying the issue.
To troubleshoot this further, could you please confirm whether the students are enrolled in any courses? Only enrolled students will appear in the student list. If they haven’t enrolled in a course yet, they won’t be visible in the list.
