one of our websites is having issues suddenly where all the applications forms are being marked spam. We’ve had to disable the plugin at this point so that emails can go through. it caused a lot of issues last week.

    The notice just says

    Zero Spam
    added 1 hour ago
This entry has been marked as spam.

is there any way to tell what caused it to be identified as spam?

We’re collecting a name, phone number boarding dates (to and from dates), pet’s name, breed, gender and if they’re spayed/neutered.

    Hi @dsawyers

Sorry about that, but that’s okay. Technically, you don’t need to use Zero Spam anymore. The latest versions of Gravity Forms implemented a honeypot method to combat spam that works in the same way Zero Spam works: https://www.gravityforms.com/blog/gravity-forms-2-7-honeypot/ So you don’t need both methods anymore.

ironically, the zero spam plugin started flagging the emails as spam after honeypot was turned off for the same reason, none of the forms were sending because they were flagged as spam and we’re not sure why.
