Change header typography appearance to thin

I am working through the intermediate word press user course using the same theme (2024) as the instructor. When creating a group block with a header at the top, a line separator and a two column paragraph block, the instructor changes the heading appearance to thin. When I do this nothing happens? I am able to change the paragraph text to thin.
