SEO friendly?
-
Hey! Have a few SEO-related questions.
How does Google see the content? Say I’m using the tabbed content for a music website and one tab was “Band Summary” and another tab was “Discography” and a third tab was “Reviews”. What happens?
I guess I want to clarify up front: Google sees all the content in the tabbed sections, right? It wouldn’t consider the page empty/textless? How does it categorize each tab? Does it see all three tabs as just one continuous block of text, no different than a normal post? Or is something else going on?
Is there any data on if sites employing tabs have seen an increase, decrease, or no attributable change in traffic?
Thanks!
