    Hi!

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

This indicates a caching issue with your browser. Do you happen to be using Chrome? (I
had two or three similar reports this week.)

If so, to solve this, please clear the browser cache in Chrome (see https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en).
For some reason, Chrome is keeping an important WordPress file in its cache — but an outdated version. After clearing the cache, Chrome will use the correct version again.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

Yes, I use Google Chrome, I cleared the cache and it didn’t help, I tried to log in through Safari and it doesn’t work either

    Hi,

    Ok, thanks for trying that.

Then please check the browser’s error log “Console” in the browser’s “Developer Tools” (available in the browser’s Three-dot menu or via right click and “Inspect”). This could have helpful JavaScript error messages for us.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

    Hi,

hhm, that’s strange… These are very similar to the issues that other people with the caching problems saw. Do you see the same messages after trying again in a private/incognito browsing tab?

If so, please get in touch directly, via the green “Send us an email” button at the bottom of https://tablepress.org/pricing/. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias
