I’m not sure if this issue is related to the latest WooCommerce plugin. After deactivating and reactivating your plugin, the saved birthday no longer appears on the user’s profile page.

I also added your plugin on WooCommerce checkout page, and it shows up under the billing section as expected. However, after entering a birthday during checkout and completing an order, the birthday still doesn’t save to the profile page after I go to profile page.

Could you help resolve this issue? Thank you.

    Hi @cluba

    Thanks for reaching out!

Worked for me. Are you using Block checkout, or possibly using other birthday fields for e.g. by checkout field editor?

Thank you for your kind reply. I’ve double-checked and can confirm that the birthday is saved in the field and appears on the checkout page as well as in the user information within the admin panel. However, I noticed that the saved birthday doesn’t display on the WooCommerce Account Details page at (yourdomain)/my-account/edit-account/. It would be more user-friendly if the birthday were displayed on the WooCommerce Account Details page, similar to how the name and email are shown. After re-entering the birthday and clicking “Save Changes” on the WooCommerce Account Details page (yourdomain)/my-account/edit-account/, the birthday does appear correctly.
Thank you for providing such a great plugin!

@cluba – thanks for the details! However, I couldn’t reproduce the issue in the my account page as well. With that said, I noted the issue to look back later in other environments.

    Have a good one! : )
