    Hello. A student enrolled in a free course that is not time limited, but for half a year he has not come to study and has not even taken a single lesson. Is there any way to remove him from the course? So that I don’t get confused about the number of actual students? Thank you in advance for your reply. And the second question. Is there any limit on the number of students? Is there a maximum capacity? Or this fact depends on the server and memory of wordpress. I haven’t increased it yet, but I think I should.

    Hi satisfactionstate,

    Thank you for your inquiry!

    1. Removing a Student from a Course:

    There are two ways to remove a student from a course:

    Option 1: Delete the student’s order.

    • Navigate to LearnPress -> Orders.
    • Search for the student by their username, order number, or course name.
    • Once you find the relevant order, you can delete it to remove the student from the course.

    Option 2: Unassign the student from the course.

    • Go to LearnPress -> Tools -> Assign/Unassign Course.
    • Select the course and the student you wish to unassign, then proceed to remove the student from the course.

    2. Limit on the Number of Students:

    You can set a maximum number of students allowed for a course:

    • Navigate to Course Settings -> General and find the Max student option.
    • Set the desired limit on the number of students who can enroll in the course.

    Let us know if you need any further assistance!

    Best regards,
