    Hello,

    We having problems to receive all emails for all abandoned orders. Abandoned order appears in admin, and after Scheduled Action (every 15 minutes) to send emails it just disappears and no email being sent.

    This is only with registered users. Guests works fine. Registered is like 50/50. What problem it could be? Thanks.

    @rytisple, the reason this happens, especially in those 50/50 cases for registered users, is probably because the users went back to the abandoned cart before it was logged by our plugin for reminder emails to be sent out. Something like this happens on very rare occasions, where users and customers who have abandoned their carts for whatever reason go back to the carts just before they are logged for emails.

    Cache could have also in some ways contributed to this scenario happening, so I’ll need you to clear the site and server cache and then recheck if this still happens.
