Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

Yeah, i already tried switched to Twenty Ten, and deactivate all the plugins but the same problem remains, also I’m using a WordPress in spanish.
I’m seeing reference to 94.168.50.207
What urls are entered in Settings->General?

fixed, some script was modifying my htaccess to mess the wp comments posting, thanks for your time.

On my blog at http://geektual.com when i submit a comment, it sends me to this address http://geektual.com/%5Ehttp:/189.224.50.166/ giving a 404 error.
I’m using the last version, 3.0.3 and i really have no clue of what can be doing that, I already checked comments.php and it seems okay, already tried to deactivate the recent plugins but nothing, it will be really nice if you can help me out with this.
