    Hi,

    I tried to create a notification to change the content of automatic emails sent by WordPress for requests to delete data or export user data (GRPD). I always receive the default automatic email from WordPress and not the email configured with the plugin. However, I tested with a notification of the creation of a new page for example, and it works. Si it means that it only works when it’s not to replace an automatic email already configured by the WordPress core.

    Can you confirm which BNFW notifications you’re using to override the User Delete/Export emails?

    I tried “Confidentialité – Confirmer l’action : exporter la demande de données – Pour l’administrateur/administratrice” and “Confidentialité – Confirmer l’action : exporter la demande de données – Pour l’utilisateur/utilisatrice” so in english it should be “Confidentiality – Confirm action: export data request – For the user / administrator”.

    But I think it’s because the worpdress is configured in French. I changed the language settings to English and it seems to work. But it’s not a solution because I have other users on this WordPress and it must be in French.

    So your plugin is no working with other langauge than English ?

    Hi @libricielscop,
    It should work in any language as the hook that BNFW uses to override the notification is the same in all versions of WordPress – only the text strings are different. That being said, I’m aware of a bug in one of the latest versions of WordPress that they were going to fix regarding text translations.

    Can you confirm which version of WordPress you’re using?
