Floating stays on despite being ‘unpublished’

    Hi,
    I wanted to desactivate a floating bar after a discount period. I tried to unpublished the campaign using different ways but i still get the floating bar.

    I tried to delete the cookies, use a private session, the floating bar is still there.

    Any idea ?

    Hello @caracole,

    The most common cases for a campaign to keep appearing when you’ve disabled it are:

    • Ensure the campaign is unpublished under FireBox > Campaigns.
    • Your site has a caching plugin enabled, in this case please clear it.
    • Your server has server caching enabled such as OPCache, try clearing it as well.

    Then re-try loading your site, and the sticky bar should be hidden.

    Hi Stergos, you were right about the server caching module. Sorry i just did install it, not used to think about it :/
