How to create links to article headings (h2 for example)

Hi, I’m trying to write a FAQ in the HTML editor. All the question titles have H2 headings. At the beginning of the FAQ I would like to have a summary list of all the heading titles, that link directly to the relevant headings below (much like in a table of contents).

For example…

FAQ

1. Why is this so hard to figure out? (this would link/jump to the relevant heading below when clicked)
2. When will I figure this out? (this would link to the relevant heading below)
3. etc…

It’s hard because no one else seems to have this problem.

As soon as I get an answer.
