  • Hi @flintlocknl

I hope you are doing well today.

Please edit your form, navigate to the Behavior tab, and check if “Enable Logged-In Submission Only” (https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#enable-logged-in-submission-only) is enabled. If so disable that and this should help. If not, export your form, upload it to Google Drive, and share it in your next reply so we can test it on our side.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Kris,

    Thank you for your reply!

I’ve checked this setting and it appears that it was not enabled. I then tried to turn this option on, update this setting and then turn it off again. Then for both actions a popup appeared saying “Something went wrong while saving your form. Please try again.” It appears that some settings cannot be saved.

Then the next problem unfortunately arises. When I want to export a form, I get a popup with the text “export form” but nothing else happens.

    Hi @flintlocknl,

I hope you are doing well today!

Getting the popup page with Export Form title is the normal behavior. Then you should click on Download button. You can find more info on how to export the form here : https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

After exporting, please share the file contents with us using the free services such as Google Drive, https://pastebin.com or https://justpaste.it

Please always make sure to use such services to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

    Kind regards,
    Zafer

There is no download button visible in the popup. I have tried different browsers but unfortunately only get the following.

    Hi @flintlocknl

It sounds like a plugin conflict,

Could you create a Staging site using https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ then run a full plugin conflict test following this guide wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards
