Hello @thecelticdev ,
Thanks for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear about the trouble!
Could you please double check and make sure that the site key and secrect key are correct? You can also try regenerating a new one and see if that helps. Also, make sure to add the domain without any ‘https:// or http://’ like this.
In case you are using any caching / optimization plugin on your site, I’d recommend adjusting that as per this guide.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
yes, both keys are correct, the site link is ceraunavoltacosplayteam.org and i’ve got no optimization plugins on the site
Hello @thecelticdev ,
Sorry that you are still facing the issue!
I’ve inspected the site’s page source and it shows that the code is completely minified as you can see here. This suggests the Minify setting might be enabled server-side, potentially through something like the Google PageSpeed module.
In this case, I’d recommend to reach out to your hosting provider to check if a Minify feature is configured server-side.
Also, you should check the Score Threshold field, since you’re using Google reCAPTCHA v3, check decreasing the value to 0.5 as per Google’s recommendations.
Hope this helps. Thanks 🙂
