Adding features to new post

Hi, I need to add some more features to the new post area.
I mean, I am working in a network about betting and need to add some fields as:
Game -> Text
Odds -> Text
Winner -> Text

And some more, and I need it in every network subdomain.

I tried some plugins as “WP Easy Post Types” but only changes one blog and I shoud be doing that on every blog and theme.

I need something to be working on every blog and on every new blog.

Can somebody help me?
