Well the issue that you are talking about is already fixed earlier in our plugin. The “security token did not match” – this issue arises if the nonce is not updated on that page, and in our login register widget, using the Ajax feature we always send an updated nonce, so, the issue that you are facing with the latest version of the plugin. But, there could be a chance that due server side caching, the updated nonce is not sending on the page in which you are using the login register widet. You may check the caching of your site and server. Also, please share the page link where you are using the login register widget.
Now regarding the email, in our widget we are using WordPress default function wp_mail function to send email from WordPress, and it follow the normal email sending behavior from your WordPress site. So, if the plugin that you are taking about use the same functionality, then, it should also send the email to inbox, not bypassing, actually, we dont have any scope to work here, you may contact bit smtp pugin, and share the scenario.

Security token did not match
still getting this error on login forms, all caching is turned off.
